A significant blaze erupted at a cafe situated on the fourth floor of a building along Tavarekere Main Road in the Koramangala area of Bengaluru on Wednesday, as per official reports.
According to officials, the fire began at Mudpipe Cafe, a hookah lounge on the fourth floor of the building, around 11:30 a.m. It subsequently spread to Cult Fitness gym, located on the lower floor. Officials also noted that the fire resulted in damage to two motorcycles parked below and a car inside a nearby showroom. Fortunately, the fire has been successfully extinguished.
Media outlets circulated visuals depicting an individual jumping from the fourth floor of the building in an attempt to escape the fire. Bystanders later rushed the person to a nearby hospital, according to eyewitnesses.
